Engaged in addressing mental illness issues and promoting mental health of the persons, Manasmitha Foundation is established with the objective to build the capacity of people living with mental illness and their families to lead fuller lives, raising awareness about mental health and mental illness while advocating for improved treatment and community supports.

Focused on increasing awareness and promoting continuous education related to mental illness and mental disorders, Manasmitha Foundation strives to break down the stigma often associated with seeking mental health care. The Foundation works to assure individuals and families touched by mental illness / disorder that they are not alone on their journey to re-integrate with the society.

Our professional team is well-equipped to deliver innovative treatments for a wide range of mental health conditions, at our OPD and In-patient facility - Parivarthana at Kota, near Kundapur, a convenient location on the highway, 25km from the temple town of Udupi.

Aims & Objective

• To identify mentally ill patients, mentally challenged and drug dependent individuals in the community and provide medical as well as counseling support to them.
• To develop centers across the district and state, for the treatment and rehabilitation of these patients and help them to respectfully re-integrate with the society.
• To create awareness among the public regarding mental health, mental retardation, drug dependence and other health aspects.
